Let's Work toward the Simple Way!

1. Identify your needs. (Number of flavours and cup mode i.e. Bring Your Own Cup or Auto-Cup model) 

2. Order the coffee machine as your needs. 

3. Order beverage ingredients based on the number of flavours of the machine model.

4. Order water filtration system under “Accessories”.

5. Order the paper cups (if required) based on the coffee machine model.

6. Place your order online by clicking "CHECKOUT".

7. Fill in your Contact & Delivery details and use the Rebate Voucher (if any).

9. Submit your order and make the payment accordingly.

10. If Cash Deposit or Bank Transfer, submit (upload) the payment slip via your account “Order History” on bottom of the page.

11. “Order Confirmation” & “Payment Received Notification” will be sent to you via email.

12. For machine purchase, our technical team will contact you for the machine(s) delivery & installation date.

13. Beverage ingredients or accessories will be sent to you together with coffee machine.

14. For Beverage ingredients or accessories order only, it will be sent to you within next 3~5 working days.

15. Please quote your "Order Number #" when contacting us for easy reference.
